During this internship, I collaborated with a group of interns to redesign the company’s internal website for the design team.

Beginning with extensive user experience research by polling different departments to gauge important aspects to be included on the website, I then translated this research into workable data showcasing how the site should be structured. I was in charge of the design aesthetic and worked with another intern to help write functional code.

 

From this experience, I learned how to translate research into readable data that can be communicated to a team, encouraging collaboration between all parties. Most importantly, I learned how to use new 3D rendering software such as Blender and Keyshot, brushed up on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript coding, and designed a fully developed high fidelity site.
